LT684 saying "Clapton Station" instead of "to" Saying : "3 Clapton Station Crystal Palace" Also seems to love announcing stops in Canning Town & Clapton/Hackney
On the 212 between Chingford and Walthamstow, and at every stop instead of announcing " 212 to St James Street " we got " Balfour Street to St James Street " Most stops were properly announced, but after Highams Park Station we got Footscray Tesco, then Dram Street, Copenhagen Street and Oxford Circus Marg..
What technically has to go wrong for this to happen?

Somebody announces 'Mornington Crescent' and it all goes back to normal.
I had a LT yesterday - the low bridge warning was playing nonsense, instead listing stops like West Croydon and Paddington stations. Some of the driver operated announcements were highly sped up and in a much higher pitch than usual

From the 384,after "Hail & Ride Whitings Hill Primary School", towards Edgware, the next SENSIBLE announcement is "Rowley Green Road". In between, and along Quinta Drive, it displays "Borehamwood or Edgware". This has been on every trip I have made, and can be seen on LVF.
ENL108 Having a bit of a mare reading wrong stops out such as Hyde Park Corner, lambeth cemetery etc also on the way to west croydon it says 166 to garth road and to banstead it says angel Edmonton and something after that.

This was an internal error, same happened with the changes around Finsbury Square where a bus stop was showing as 'Bank or Moorgate' I believe. When the data was being entered into the system, someone must have gotten confused between the bus stop name and the bus stop direction fields!
H12 in Hatch End yesterday saying 'H12 to South Harrow' followed by Hatch End station, even though I had just left that stop. This was the only time the H12 announcement was followed by the stop it had just passed.
There’s a DW at E (forgot to get the fleet number TWICE) that has the main announcement in another language (didn’t know that was possible). Instead of “121 to Turnpike Lane Station” it says “Distillya 1 daysh Turnpike Lane Station (I’ve absolutely butchered it but whatever). It also has the stops mixed up. Ye Olde Cherry Tree was Fulham Broadway Station and Merrivale was Alexander. EDIT: it's DW557. I'm on it right now
For years, 12341 had a problem with its iBus system. Instead of saying the route (e.g. 177 to Peckham), it would just play a short excerpt of a recording that sounded a bit like it just said "8".
One of the PVLs used to have a problem when working on the 180 in the mid-2010s, as it just said "180, Clinton Street, Lewisham Shopping Centre".
