4. The westbound crosses back over the eastbound to regain left-hand running. The lines had crossed initially just east of White City. Right hand running through Wood Lane (later White City) was necessary to accommodate the spur between the Central and the Ealing & Shepherd's Bush railway venture.

I'm impressed. You're almost there overall but I'll give it a few more days. Mill Hill Park incidentally was the old name for Acton Town.
No-one's got 1 or 3 precisely correct yet. No. 6 didn't actually refer to a placename at all.

IT'S SOLUTION TIME!!
1. Actually Woodford - Leyton (or v.v.) via Fairlop 2. Yes, Walham Green (the name seems to have dropped out of use for the area completely) 3. Cannon Street 4. Yes, it switches back to normal running. At White City stn, reverse running operates. 5. Yes, Perivale-Alperton (an oddity) 6. Yes, Marylebone was originally Great Central 7. Correct, Walthamstow Ctl - Euston 8. More reverse running (northbound track to right of southbound) 9. Deptford Road then Surrey Docks 10. Yes, Amersham (c500ft)
