--Bus 183 from Harrow-on-the Hill to Pinner --Metropolitan line to Finchley Road --Jubilee line to Baker Street --Bakerloo line to Oxford Circus --Victoria Line to Stockwell --Northern Line to Clapham North --Northern Line to Borough --Bus 343 to Elephant --Journey ends
So the question is, why did I do the above journey in the way I did? There is a logical answer to this.

Your journey did not involve you travelling east or west?

Tangy, seeing as I've been the only one to offer an answer, can you let me know? I'm intrigued

Trying not to give to much away, the answer to this is about accessibility.
I will give you another few days before I will reveal the answer.

Apart from the bus journeys, all your interchanges are cross platform? no stairs etc. (Stockwell I know is cross platform, and Clapham north is still an island platform, )not too sure of the other lines.

But if the person making the journey needs wheelchair accessibility, he/she would want the fewest interchanges, and all TfL bus routes are now wheelchair accessible. So the best way would be: 182 Harrow to Wembley Central, 18 to Baker Street, 453 to Elephant & Castle Unless this is an enthusiast's journey (trying to cover most number of LUL lines to get from Harrow to Elephant without having to climb stairs), I don't see how a mainstream passenger would find this route useful

All the LUL changes are step free and involve a cross platform change, no stairs, escalators or long passageways to negotiate. With a lift to start and finish your journey
