After a long wait snow has finally turned up in Beijing, thick and slushy, settling everywhere, however all transport running with no problems!!
Tomorrow sunny with high off 17c, you can’t make this stuff up!

UPDATE: Chaos in North London as snow takes hold. Several Tottenham routes suspended. W4 bus skids and ends up on roof due to ice. Fleet number unknown. Casualties taken to Tottenham Sports Centre which is already an emergency shelter for those snowed out of their homes. Sadiq's to appear on news and declare an emergency. People must stay indoors until conditions improve. EDIT: just been out to Sainsbury's, seen loads of London Roads Alliance (TfL) staff buying table salt as there's no money left for grit #broke

Rather poor here in east London. Been snowing for a few hours not settling as the ground is wet.

More snowflakes than a Jeremy Corbyn Momentum rally, but none settling. Too windy. No changes to buses on 123 / 243. No noisy VLAs today which is odd. Supposed to be heavy snow from 4pm onwards till tomorrow morning. Here we sit anxiously like a bride on her wedding night, not knowing how many inches we'll get

Here in Kingston spreading truck salted the road past my house (a bus route) at 3pm They have just been again 2 hours later, and done another heavy spreading
Clearly Kingston borough is aiming to keep bus routes open, even if there is heavy snow, let’s hope other boroughs are as diligent

I've heard that sometimes it's the groom doing the wondering these days.
