Not forgetting the infamous episode when a bus was blown up on Lambeth Bridge for some film? Seem to remember tourists and residents were up in arms over it I remember that wasn't it a ALX400?

RTL358 involved in one of the most famous clips from 70's show Some Mothers Do 'Av 'Em youtu.be/lFLpwRMS00g"I ain't got no change!" Surely one of the best comedy sequences of all time (and a joy to see it again - thanks for sharing!).

That looks like a PVL you can just about see the yellow poles. I remember hearing that the relative's of the victims of 7/7 wasn't happy with the stunt witch is understandable I believe it was a Jackie Chan movie scene.

Fictitious LBL subsidiary, Antelope Line - With its motley batch of Fleetlines & Titans, made numerous appearances in Londons Burning over the years: Series 8, episode 1 saw DMS2264, driven by Sid of Only fools & Horses fame, get highjacked by a group of yobs and driven into a low bridge. I believe that the actual DMS deroofed wasn't DMS2264. www.youtube.com/watch?v=woz4x2IKEdMSeries 10, episode 18, which was the big shout to end the series, saw T358 heading back to Wapping Garage, where fire erupted, destroying a number of DMS' www.youtube.com/watch?v=AC24n6eEWskKids TV show, Come Outside, featured UX's MA76, where Auntie Mabel leaves her dog pippin on a U9 and the dog ends up back at the garage. You get to see some brief glimpses on inside the garage, the bus wash and scroll of MA76's destination blind. www.youtube.com/watch?v=KnWAJJUGo6w(Having watched that Come Outside, need to get another fix of MA1! hopefully, we'll get to see her out and about soon!) OMG, I had completely forgotten about Antelope Line... I don't think I've seen those episodes since they were broadcast when I was 12 or 13. Thank you for that marvellous blast from the past! I'd also forgotten how good London's Burning was back in the day - and it's certainly aged a lot better than The Bill has!

There was an episode of 'The Sweeny' somewhere in season 2, it's on YouTube, called 'The Trojan Bus' where Patrick Mower & George Leyton, both with the worst Aussie accents you'll ever hear, steal a bus to carry out a robbery. The bus was RM3, SLT58, when first seen it shows 266 with a final destination of OLD FORD. When they steal it, George Leyton turns the back blind to show 'Private' The next time it's seen the back blind is now showing 52.going to West Kilburn. There are no doubt other errors. So it still carried the Willesden garage blinds from when it was trialled on the 8, plus Sunday 8B, and had the bonnet number RML 3 which it forever will be for me.

That was former First Centrewest/Metroline Trident LK03 UFN, TN33333/TP1530 used for that stunt. Shame it ended it's life like that, as it was my particular favourite member of the batch, least it went out with a bang!

Once the end credits hit, you knew the weekend was over and school beckoned in the morning! Haha. Shame it went downhill after Bayleaf left and they killed off Hallam!

Agree entirely, for me the Tate era and early Zorba era were the best times - I didn't bother with later series at all as it was so far removed from the original. Same went for the Bill, though it finished in 2010 (I think) the show that people recognised had finished round a decade before then.

My deliberate error ( ) was to say the 266 was on the original AC blind when it couldn't have been, as the route hadn't been created then! It must have had another blind substituted in the 1960s.

The Bill was one I dipped in and out of over the years. I finally gave up after they got rid of PC Tony Stamp, as for me, he was the only character that resembled anything like a copper in real life! Even a mate of mine who used to be a copper said the same thing! Do find it odd how that out of the 3 tv series about the emergency services: The Bill, London's Burning & Casualty, only Casualty survives, even having the Holby City spin off! Guess the BBC tend to stick with the 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it' method Speaking of Holby City, it featured an Ensign E200 a few weeks/months ago, running under the Holby Link name if I remember rightly. Seeing it's filmed at Elstree studio's, that's in Sullivan's normal territory for TV work.

That looks like a PVL you can just about see the yellow poles. I remember hearing that the relative's of the victims of 7/7 wasn't happy with the stunt witch is understandable I believe it was a Jackie Chan movie scene. It was for the film The Foreigner. I remember watching it on Netflix. The PVL or I think it was a PDL ( Trident engined) was blinded for 211 and destination was Hammersmith which is quite accurate. That surprised me when I watched the actual film stunt. Wasn’t there that episode of that Magician Dynamo hanging on the side of a Plaxton President ( unsure of the chassis type) But had a fictional route of 500.

M1199 said it was ex First/Centerwest TN33331 that was in the movie. Yes I remember that it was travelling over Westminster bridge but I am unsure of what the bus was
