The new TfL rail timetable for December has been published. It now has increased levels of service on the weekdays and weekends. Peak has been changed to every 3-4 minutes before was around 4-5 minutes. off-peak increased to 8 minutes, was 10 minutes. Although bit surprising this has happened with covid most trains are barely even near the capacity it had pre-covid. I guess it would released some more of the new trains still mothballed. tfl.gov.uk/modes/tfl-rail/tfl-rail-timetables

But I thought all 345's had been delivered ages ago and were being mothballed. They could have also replaced the 315's around 2 years ago now.

There's loads gathering dust at OOCÂ I didn't realise any reason why they still use 315s then ? And it's ridiculous how 6 months has turned to 3 years what has gone on is shocking , I hope there is an enquiry into why all this money keeps getting wasted and things still seem to be wrong .

And there's talk of Crossrail being mothballed. The commissioner has said there is no reson for it to to so. Regarding the 345s that are sitting at OOC they can't use until the line fullly opens. I do agree there should be an inquiry this has been a cock up from day 1.

In the evenings on Monday-Thursday over past few weeks, Network Rail work between Shenfield and Ilford would have the service reduced to every 15 minutes. When this happens the trains tends to use the fast lines track between Seven Kings and Shenfield. Trains would cross over at Seven Kings or Goodmayes.
