How much of First is left? In Scotland, First still has Glasgow and Aberdeen left with both divisions recently invested in a large number of zero emission buses. In the rest of the UK, First do still have Berkshire, Cornwall, Dorset, Essex, Leicester, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Potteries (Staffordshire), Somerset, Southampton, South Wales, South Yorkshire (Sheffield & Doncaster), West of England (Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas), West Yorkshire (Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield and Halifax), Worcestershire and York.

The change will take effect from Monday 19th September.
As I shall be in Edinburgh next weekend, I shall see First buses there on their final day.
As an aside, I shall ride McGills and West Coast Motors owned buses in Dundee (Xplore Dundee) and Galashiels (Borders Buses) respectively. I shall therefore have done all owners of the privatised bus industry in 2021 or 2022!
