D7 and 414 are pointless routes, how come they're not gonna get withdrawn? There is no such thing as a pointless route - you might deem a route as not very useful (baffled that you think the D7 is pointless without any explanation) but every route has a point to it.

The 14/414 are arguably justified to run together, and increasing the 14 AKA one of the slowest routes in London will just dump more buses into endless traffic Now that the 414 has been shortened to Marble Arch, perhaps the 14/414 could swap their southern termini to improve reliability on the 14? That would certainly make more sense if both routes are to remain in the long term although I have my doubts.
