Five vehicles feels massively underwhelming. Listing 3 routes (6/52/98 both times, 14/22/74 here, 65/281/371 for the Jubilee) seems like a great way to make it look more significant than it actually is - they even could've squeezed in 4 with the 430 at AF.

The fact that by the time you walk from Covent Garden to catch the 98 on New Oxford Street you could just as easily walk a bit further through Chinatown and Carnaby Street to Regent Street to catch a 94 seems irrelevant to the person who wrote this article. The article would have been better if pivoted towards taking the bus to walk, combining two aims of TfL. Articles like this is why TfL is no longer respected as an organisation.

Most AC/AF/FW routes mix as well as W on that list so they could have over glorified it even more!

That thread title .
It does feel a bit bare minimum if I am honest. That saying if an 139 allocated bus is getting the Christmas vinyl wrap, I cross my fingers it is on an Enviro 400 MMC for an change.
I will eat my hair if the Christmas wrapped styled bus at AC doesn't appear on either 260,302 and 460. As they weren't strict with the Platinum Jubilee wrapped bus last time around.

Just 5 buses will be another "meh" moment like the Queen's Jubilee Wrap was. The white base may be confused with the Elizabeth Line wraps on selected routes

As well as what others have pointed out, there is also the issue of the routes all being located in Central London but even then, if you live in my area, blink and you’ll miss the sole bus from Q.
