Is there any hope for cooling the deep level lines down?

Just wondering about this because while aircon will be introduced onto the Central/W&C/Piccadilly/Bakerloo, this will just pump hot air onto the platforms and into the tunnels, which will only exacerbate the problem, and this doesn’t address the Jubilee /Northern/Victoria heat issues, so could there be a comprehensive solution to this problem?
