Did Abellio increase the running times on the 207? Taken from the permanent bus changes document Route 207 Monday to Friday peak hours buses will run every 6 minutes, with two additional journeys from Hayes By-Pass to White City during morning peak hours (previously every 5 minutes with one additional journey from Hayes By-Pass to White City during morning peak hours and two additional journeys from White City to Hayes By-Pass during afternoon peak hours). We’re withdrawing the two journeys which start from bus stop EG in Twyford Avenue (for Twyford CofE High School) to Hayes By-Pass on schoolday afternoons. Alternative buses on the main route 207, and on route 427, will continue to be available at bus stop A in Uxbridge Road. In my eyes it looks like they have decreased the times for the 207

That document makes no mention of running times changing. If you compare the old and new timetables you'll find that Abellio have actually increased the running time at certain times of the day.

9530 on the N207 another possible fine. This one also tracking within the zone so in less than a hour two opperators will be getting fines.

There really was no need to put a diesel out on the 47 earlier and have it do the full route especially at the time of day.

True I saw 11323 on the 47 but why does the 47 have an enviro400 when it was allocated hybrids

As for the regular Enviro 400 on the 47, most likely was standing in for something else at the time.

There was a dedicated thread for ULEZ violations - has that disappeared?

What could have been done was to allocate that fully diesel Enviro to the 136 and terminate it short of Elephant and Castle...dropping everyone off at Walworth Road to turn around at the Elephant's southern roundabout, which I believe is outside the ULEZ.

Or they could have avoided it all together at that hour, really was no need for TL to put a diesel on the route at that time and as soon as they noticed a driver had taken it out, they should have curtailed it but they ran it right into Shorditch.

Maybe Stagecoach took the view that if the vehicle was already en-route, they would do the passenger-friendly thing, let it operate through to Shoreditch and take the consequences. Given all the complaints on this forum about being chucked off buses en-route, it's a bit ironic that this is now being suggested as a solution!

But if the only bus available is a diesel variant then a bit of busical chairs could have taken place, especially where the 47 and 136 pass along by the depot. At least that way minimal mileage would have been lost (one stop from the Elephant end).

With the recent central London consultation now concluded it appears that only one LT will be freed up from the changes, this being from the cut back of the 3 (159 remaining along Oxford Street). Will be interesting then to see what will be done with the 415 as it needs more than one extra LT for a full conversion. Perhaps others may come from the 48?
Ideally the 415 should simply revert back to E40Hs with their LTs utilised as extra spares, especially with three other LTs routes due later in the year.
