The roadworks in the Bayswater area can't be helping QB, the 27 seems to be on a permanent Westbound diversion these days. Is there still a diversion at Paddington? The route is also not doing the Hammersmith town centre loop due to roadworks! This morning the 27s were showing Hammersmith on the Ibus but now all buses are showing Hammersmith Grove.

The route is also not doing the Hammersmith town centre loop due to roadworks! I was in the area and saw 27s on Holland Park Avenue and I believe Road closures in Bayswater were affecting the 7 and 70. None of these show on the TfL website so I could have been seeing things or the closures have been lifted.

The diversion was also taking place on Westbourne Grove but earlier in the evening I saw buses heading westbound, albeit a fleeting observation. I presume there is a bi-directional flow along one lane now. Factoring in the roadworks in Hammersmith, it's not looking great for the 27 at the moment.

Only a few days in but so far the 267 has managed fine with its allocated LT's. Seems it was a bit of a myth that the 267 batch are unreliable. I am guessing it must have been another reason they were subbed a lot under London United.

What are new running numbers for the 24, 27 and 267 under Abellio 24: QB221+ 27: QB401+ 267: TF251+ Some interesting things about the 24 is the majority of breaks and the occasional driver changeover are done at Hampstead Heath. Driver changeovers are done mainly at Pimlico with some breaks done there as well. Also there are more dead runs from QB to Hampstead Heath than to Pimlico

Hardly easy to travel from Hamspeatd Heath to QB, either have to crawl around zone 2 on the Overground or I guess Vicky Line to Highbury and Islington then Overground. Do you know which route drivers are using?

Another alternative would be taking the Northern Line to Belsize Park, that could especially be useful once the extension to Battersea opens which should be some point during the 24s contract.

Is it that the drivers are using remote logging in?

Having said that I guess there's the option of remote sign on as already mentioned.

I guess it does help to ensure there is a reliable service at the other end.

I think this has only become an option recently with the update to the wifi communications systems on buses.
