Thanks for the response, also, would you know where the stop for SN Rail Replacement is at Peckham Rye and how close/far it is from the LO-M stop? Planning to use both services later in the day. The pair of stops on Rye Lane closest to the station on both sides. Both services use the same stops! Thank you for the fast response, I really appreciate it.

Thank you for the fast response, I really appreciate it. No worries! I hope you managed to get a ride on E10! Unfortunately not, I didn't get the opportunity to ride the service on Sunday since my plans went out the window. Although I did get a particualarly fast journey on the Chingford-Hackney Line ( did 35 in a 20). One question ( sorry for the constant questions everyone) I have is that is the Herne Hill-Bromley South and Northolt/West Ruslip-White City Rail Replacement service any good. I have a free Saturday and want to ride some interesting buses.

It's a single deck route mostly consisting of long MMCs or short E200s from WL and I'll have a 50/50 chance of being given a 59 plate BC E200 or one of the Voith MMCs from TF. Depends on what you mean by "any good" and "interesting" really!

I would have covered the Central Line Rail Rep , but opted to catch PVL284, which got subbed as soon as I arrived at Bexleyheath

I was out on the White City - West Ruislip route over the weekend. Tight running times and minimal recovery on Saturday, ok on Sunday. Run by Abellio with help from CT Plus, London United and Reading Buses, including a few Newbury & District branded buses.
Westbound buses on the 95 were absolutely hammered - packed to the rafters all evening! Even the odd double deckers that were out. I'll write to TfL to suggest it should see some sort of capacity enhancement on closure dates. Rail replacement buses on all three services were pretty well loaded out of White City too.
Doing that route has made me really want to take a ride on the 282 in the evening - those Euro 4 TEs were shifting!

Personally I think it should be double decked on closure dates at the very least or even boosted, given its relative isolation and low frequency on Sundays. Rail replacement buses on all three services were pretty well loaded out of White City too. Doing that route has made me really want to take a ride on the 282 in the evening - those Euro 4 TEs were shifting! Weren't Metroline also providing rail replacement buses too. I saw 18/68/19 reg VMHs on the A40 on Sunday which looked to be on rail replacement duty

I saw 18/68/19 reg VMHs on the A40 on Sunday which looked to be on rail replacement duty Metroline were doing Service C - White City to Northolt stopping at North Acton, Park Royal, Hanger Lane, Perivale and Greenford. I think there were a lot of end to end trips on that service by passengers that really should have been on the Ruislip service, which was fast between North Acton and Northolt. Not everybody really works with the idea of intermediate stops!
