It wouldn't make sense for each garage to have their own spare night bus drivers sitting around - there isn't enough night work at each garage to justify it. So instead Go-Ahead have a small team of dedicated spare night drivers, based at Q, who (should) know all of the company's night routes. Not sure how other companies arrange spare night staff. I'm guessing they might have standby drivers who go to the relevant garage and drive one of that garage's own buses, so you don't see odd vehicle workings when a spare driver is being used.
What I don't get is why they keep some garages open just to run a single night route. For example the only night route TV has is the (N85) the PVR for the route is only three. Wouldn't it better to move it to FW where they have 33 281 and N65? Other garages deserve Night Work as well. A lot of Night Routes / 24 Hour Routes are also crosslinked to the day routes. So running from a different depot may cost more.

But why always Q WHVs and EHs is there not many drivers at NP? I think M1387 was one of GM’s buses which had all the night bus routes on its blinds.

Will WHVs be going with the N1 to PM? The WHVs are allocated to the 1 so I wouldn’t imagine so unless the 1 is going to be allocated to PM once the N1 moves there.

Will WHVs be going with the N1 to PM? No, should be using EH’s or MHV’s off the 63 & 363.

WVL: 468, 470, 479 (Observations of blind changes and that WVL468 is on the 5 and I also saw it blinded at Romford Market)
E: E135, E137, E202, E207 (All but E135 seen on the 104, I witnessed a blind change on E135 which featured the 104)

It's just the reallocation of a few night routes because the N89 will need hybrids and BX don't have any, I doubt if there will be any buses moving. Might see VHP1 and 2 on the N1 if they have the appropriate blinds.

Looks like a number of the ex-486 Es have returned to BX (out of service). A line of them are parked at the side of the garage. E49 heads the line blinded '699 Winchmore Hill', followed by E54, rest un'id'd.
