Surprised to see a double decker on the B16 this evening.
LVF confirms it was EN36.
WVL457 and E244 were also on the route earlier today.

Were LDP206 and 274 allocated to any contracts or just general spares? I assume contracts as two SE's are moving in. Also will any SE's be kept back at RR to replace 232? 232 doesn’t need replacing. SOE23 - SOE27 cover the PVR of the 646 (PVR 3) & 648 (PVR 2) I believe 232 was only kept as the SEs were so unreliable (07/57/08 reg) that the SOEs were constantly needed on the 364.

561 (358 Scania) is now VOR. Anyone happen to know what happened to 561? The 358s streak of bad luck continues.I feel bad for MB as they just can’t seem to win in terms of the 358 recently.
MEC53 is also off road currently, apparently it needs a new engine? Anyone know about that example?

951 was involved in a collision with a car yesterday afternoon on Croydon Road. 951 is now in Liverpool, do you mean 561? 561 appears to be in service at the moment Yes, 561. The car suffered a lot of damaged to its top roof, so I guess 561 didn’t suffer that much damage at all seeing it’s now back on the road.

I thought the 358 MEC’s were going to be reblinded to include 227, there was some mention of this on here suggesting it would happen. Have the 227 inserts been added or not?

The pictures suggest the fire brigade cut the roof off the car to get to the driver.

I don’t think they’ll touch the MECs until the 358s results come out, they’re due anytime now. If the route gets given to Stagecoach or Go Ahead decide to go fully electric on the 358 which will need 4 new buses anyway then I don’t see the 227 being placed on the blinds.
