A 9.7m Enviro 200 MMC has got to be allocated to 309 because it only has 9 Solo’s allocated to it and it’s PVR is 9 Speculation. You said it yourself. The 309 was awarded with 1 new MMC for a PVR increase so should have at least one allocated especially since it's Solos have been on & off the road including one unfortunate example which has been missing for ages.

Okay. I was under the impression the Solos were still its full allocation and I had forgot about the VOR example, my bad there.
