I have CCleaner (clears junk files) Avast (free antivirus) Malwarebytes JetClean Advanced System Care 7 Beta (having used previous ASC versions for 2-3 years) I also have Superantispyware which hunts down adware related cookies
I found Microsoft Security Essentials ineffective BitDefender wanted me to fill out a long form containing totally unnecessary personal questions (employment status and personal interests)
As for Disk Defragmenter, I cannot decide between Defraggler and Smart Defrag.
Running Windows 7 Professional with Firefox (the bookmarks toolbar is great and very useful)

I'm running windows 8 and on both my computers I've not got any protection because it's annoying and not really needed, I suppose you could say I've got windows defender but that came with the computer
I using a Google Chrome beta on both computers
You may think I'm risking it but I've not had any antivirus software for about 5 years now and not one problem

As a computer technician, i use HOSTS file which blocks all the adverts. Which is minimal need for an antivirus. Also i have Adblock plus on my browsers. I tend to use the free anti virus.
