Route W4 at Broadwater Farm Estate. Buses in both directions serve the same stop.
I remember when Route 73 went to Seven Sisters and if a bus was terminating at Stoke Newington Common, Northbound it would serve the Northwold Road stop, similarly to a 73 which was coming from Seven Sisters going Southbound.

I think they do but I've not seen it for a while, I don't tend to venture to Romford during the day now

EDIT - one more on route 462 round the Limes Farm estate. Largely hail and ride here but there is a stop at Amanda Close served by buses in both directions.

Old thread bump! I've realised the R5 and the R10 serve one of the Orpington War Memorial bus stops twice. Buses from Orpington enter the High Street and serve the stop, the same stretch is then served once the buses have completed the loop. The other stop outside the McDonalds is only served once, as buses heading into Orpington Station run via Gravel Pit Way. Still no timetables I was in Kingston recently - the K5's timetable at Cromwell Road bus station now bears a notice explaining that the bus serves the stop twice. Next time I do a Roehampton University job, I'll check to see if the 265's timetable at Roehampton Lane/Danebury Avenue has a similar notice - I was assured something would be arranged!
