I do do martial arts though, which involves other strength-buliding exercises. Before anyone asks, I do BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu), and a bit of FMA (Filipino Martial Arts). I used to do a bit of boxing as well but that was several years ago.

Pfft...yeah, I'd like to see you try and bench press 1 tonne OK, I lift two 4kg dumbells every day. Pathetic, isn't it. One of my goals before I graduate is to be somewhat ripped. Or really, not to have such skinny arms. Then I'll be lifting tonnes and tonnes. But who am I even doing this for ?!

I started going to the gym back in January and went from 50kg to 60kg. The annoying thing is that I'm struggling to gain weight again

I pretty much try and eat anything I can. Chicken, mince, rice, pasta, yoghurt, beef jerky, eggs...I try to eat a meal every 2 - 3 he's throughtout the day too. Although I think its just my cardio that is not letting me gain weight (cardio speeds up your metabolism, and helps you lift weights faster). I don't do much cardio because i find running on a treadmill quite boring. So when I go back to uni, I'm going to take up boxing.
