The Permanent Bus Changes page on the TfL website has evolved into a churning list of 'changes over the last couple of weeks and during the next two or three'.
Over 70 bus routes are currently listed (40% of which are not permanent changes). Even minor tweaks most passengers would never notice are included.
Permanent re-route: 303
Permanent frequency increase: 127, 130, 158, 296, 314, 318, 432
Permanent frequency decrease: 253, 254, 259
'A revised timetable': 20, 61, 156, 198, 210, 221, 294, 299, 312, 324, 407, 414, 490, C11, E5, R68, N253
One additional AM service: 118, 250
Schoolbus changes: 60, 93, 117, 412, 463, 466, H32, H98, 612, 632, 633, 667, 678, 697, 698
Frequency restored: 68, 214
Temporary frequency increase: 238
Temporary frequency decrease: 159, 321, 394
Notting Hill Carnival changes: 7, 18, 23, 27, 28, 31, 36, 52, 70, 94, 148, 228, 295, 316, 328, 452, 2X, 36X, N7, N27, N28, N31
The 'Permanent bus changes' webpage is increasingly badly named.
Appears that both 303 diversions are finally ending

Also, I want to see what has changed since I last looked. Whilst that was easy in the old version, it is pretty hard now and requires basically reading the whole thing each time.

Reduced 259 will probably drop the PVR to similar to the current 48 meaning enough LTs and the HVs to the 34/102.

Another I indication that routing through Victoria Bus Station is being restored soon: Ibus used to show Neathouse Place for Victoria Station. It now does not mention the station. Looking on the London Bus Routes website, it appears that services using Terminus Place and then go via Vauxhall Bridge Road will return to Terminus Place from the 24th August. This includes terminating services which use Vauxhall Bridge Road to stand.
From the 24th August -
buses 2, 13, 16, 36, 170, 185, C10, N2, N16 and N136 [towards Camberwell] will use Terminus Place bus 52 will start and terminate in Victoria Bus Station buses 44 and C1 will continue to terminate in Buckingham Palace Road and pick up in Victoria Street buses 11, 24, 148, 211, 507, N11, N44 and N136 [towards Westminster] will continue to uses their diversonary routes as the right turn from Wilton Road into Victoria Street is not available yet.
As at 11am this morning [24th August], Terminus Place had not re-opened to traffic

Reduced 259 will probably drop the PVR to similar to the current 48 meaning enough LTs and the HVs to the 34/102. Could work out quite well if the 259 were to convert to LTs, and obviously the 259 would be suitable for these vehicles, sharing most of its route with existing LT routes (91/253/149). Would give a uniform fleet of G3 HVs to the 34 & 102 along with the Stagecoach examples, while any surplus could possibly replace the VLWs on the 158 (have any of these been refurbished yet?). The 253/254 PVR cuts should fully convert the 67 to LTs. The 55 has received a few extra LTs from the 8, so may only need 1 more for the Walthamstow extension, so should leave enough LTs from the 48 to convert the 259. Several operators, particularly Metroline, have several surplus LTs, so these could perhaps transfer operators to fully convert the 176 and 415. If the 176 were to fully convert to LT, the standard hybrids released could help withdraw some of the older or non-standard DDs in the Go Ahead fleet, such as the Scanias, 06reg WVLs and some early Es. If the 259 were to convert to LT, perhaps Arriva could even swap garages between the 259/341. The 341 goes quite close to EC at the Angel Road terminus, so could be more suitable to run from EC, while the 259 could share a fleet of LTs with the 149 at AR. The PVR difference between the 259/341 could also allow the 41 to fully return to AR, keeping the allocation in one place.

Sixty-six different routes are currently listed on the Permanent Bus Changes webpage, categorised as follows: Seven routes are having their frequencies increased - these are all headlined Frequency increase. Five routes are having their frequencies decreased - these are all headlined Timetable change. This is very naughty.

All good apart from the 466, buses are near empty to and from Caterham on the Hill as it is now and it's the same at the Addington end. How can a frequency increase on what is largely a semi rural service possibly be justified when a Central London route like the 48 is being withdrawn and routes like the 12 and 159 reduced? Does the right hand know what the left one is doing?

>>> the 466, buses are near empty to and from Caterham on the Hill as it is now and it's the same at the Addington end <<<
What about in the middle? Perhaps the answer here would be two overlapping but coordinated routes, although you would end up with an awkward 16-minute frequency at the outer ends (7.5bph equates to a bus every 8 minutes).

[/br] With the same resources you could have a 12 minute frequency 5bph on both routes ...the unique sections having an average waiting time increase of 2m, whilst the busier common section have an average waiting time reduced by 1m
