I'm not surprised at this, the route could also do with a frequency increase to every 15 mins Monday-Saturday

It's crazy that a route like this doesn't have a Sunday service, Bromley is packed with shoppers on a Sunday

Safer to say that it *might* have been made already. It's entirely plausible that TfL have asked for a priced option for a Sunday service and will take a view on whether to activate it or not depending on the bids received back and the general state of the bus tenders budget. If there's a saving elsewhere that allows a Sunday 354 to be provided then it could go ahead. I wouldn't hold my breath, though, as Bromley is not a pro-bus borough and it's been a long while since a Sunday service was actually added to a route - the 146 was the last one I think. I think Bromley is the borough with the most M-S only routes. It edges ahead of Barnet, Kingston, Hillingdon and Havering.
