Has anyone ever flown with them? If so, what was the experience like?

I booked a holiday last year through Thomson's, hoping the flight would be with one of their Boeing 757's, turns out the flight was to be operated by Norweigan. We flew Gatwick > Alicante, must say I was pretty impressed after hearing some mixed opinions about them, we flew through Check-in, something that nevers happens at Gatwick. Once the gate opened, we strolled down to it expecting the usual 20min wait to board, however we got there, showed our boarding passes and passport and walked straight on! On entering the aircraft, the crew just said hello and didn't check our boarding passes and we were left to our own devices to find our seats. ( I prefered this, it's not like your gonna get lost us it!) The aircraft themselves were Boeing 737-800, outbound we flew on LN-DYO & coming back on LN-DYH, interior wise, they were very clean, leather seats and a decent seat pitch (being 6' 3", I found it bearable for 2.5hrs) Being 4-5 years old and the usage they get, I was pretty impressed. One thing I did notice was that we were never shown a safety video before push back! On the return journey, we had pretty much the same as above, I did go over my baggage allowance, however, I didn't get clobbered with any charges ( not something you'll get with SleazyJet!)
Overall, I'd definitely fly them again and I've also been recommending them to friends and family since flying them.
