It Never Rains It Pours. There hasn't been an LT bus crash for several weeks and now three in one go.

Looking on LVF it was an 11 and a 148.

This took me by surprise:
Tony Akers, TfL's head of bus operations, said: "At 2.35pm today, three new Routemaster buses on routes 148, 211 and 24, operated by London United, Abellio, and Metroline respectively, and a van were involved in a collision at the junction of Parliament Square and Broad Sanctuary."
I thought the routes were 148 11 and 88, judging by what I saw earlier!

No gold star ? though.

Looks bad for LT's! I think they have been involved in more accidents than any others! Surely there is something that needs to be done to stop these LT crashes from happening. LT504 looks like a possible write-off to me, unless they can repair the front. The chassis at the front could be bent.

More than likely be sent back to Wrights for a repair

One thing that's impressive is how the glass breaks but holds and doesn't shatter everywhere. I believe most if not all buses are generally fitted with shatter proof windscreens. The 70s built DMSs certainly had them, as told by our driving instructor when London General were still using them.

It Never Rains It Pours. There hasn't been an LT bus crash for several weeks and now three in one go. But tbf there were two LTs and presumably an Enviro in the crash, funnily enough the pictures only show the 11 and 148 but not the 211.
