Inexperienced motorway user but already worked out I need to come off the M1 at J43 to get onto the M621. J6 of the M621 is within a mile of my final destination. My question is it possible to leave the M621 at Junction 6 and get onto Belle Isle Road which is adjacent, running underneath the M62. I don't want to get all the way up there and then discover there is no exit from the motorway at that specific point. Help very much appreciated.

A quick look on Google maps, yes is the simplest answer from what I can see

A quick look on Google maps, yes is the simplest answer from what I can see Having done the same I'm going to disagree with you. There is no off slip at J6 if you are coming from Junc 43 of the M1. You need to continue to J7, take the off slip there for Hunslet, turn right, swing round the A61 roundabout and go back on to the M621 and go 1 mile down the road back to J6 (Middleton turn off) but from the west where there is an off slip to Belle Isle Road.
