This looked good, the Jubilee Line is also as packed to the full when leaving Stratford, maybe because people can't be bothered to walk up. Its also a shame the Jubilee cant used the New Tube for London, but it is clear why.

Not yet - the presentation explains where things are at and also that the order for the Northern Line may be scaled back due to spending cuts. I'll be astonished if Alstom don't win the order because they own the IPR to the existing fleets and also maintain the Northern Line fleet under a PFI deal. If that doesn't give them a price advantage I don't know what does.

The latest Modern Railways magazine, April, states that the order is being reduced to 10 trains for Jubilee line, and maybe 17 for Northern (but these 17 are now subject to review in Autumn so could be less)
Originally it was a min of 5 for Northern line extension to Battersea, with options of upto 45 trains for Northern and 18 trains for Jubilee.
There is now a potential problem as the new Northern line trains could be 20 years younger, so any business case to replace the whole fleet when the trains delivered in 1998 are life expired will look weak, which means a mixed fleet could be here for many years.

Won't the new Jubilee Line trains be similar years younger than their existing stock?

Won't the new Jubilee Line trains be similar years younger than their existing stock? Slightly more complicated with the Jubilee stock as it was delivered later, generally 1999, as 6 car trains. The 7th car and a few extra trains were newer having been added about 8 years ago. If the new batch is ordered this year will be less of an age differential to any Northern line trains ordered in a year or two time.

They should bring back the Charing Cross Branch Doubt that's possible given its in use as a film set - if it wasn't, then I'd agree with you providing it wouldn't mess up the line to Stratford.
