Got on Watford High Street and went right through to Brent Cross. Between Watford and Edgware, the bus was well loaded and the driver made the same announcement four times.
"This is your driver speaking. Please be aware that this bus is now legally full. If you want to get off, ring the bell once and once only as I will not be picking anyone up"
Never heard such an announcement before and didn't consider it really necessary.

I have heard drivers make similar announcements, saves them stopping unnecessarily if the bus is full. |
