Some more light hearted news of late BBC London Fox boards London bus It had a ride on the top deck of a Number 12 bus along St George's Road in Southwark. The animal was coaxed off the vehicle by the driver. BBC London's photo.Naughty naughty, didn't touch in with oyster or contactless

Fits in with a vast majority of 12 passengers then

The fox is a late mayoral candidate who's checking what its like on a fixed window NB4L. Apparently he got off by the war museum so as to wait for the sliding window version on the 148 to make comparison.
It is said this candidate has promised some interesting plans regarding the future of London's buses, a plan that everyone will favour. I will surely be voting for this potential four legged mayor....Mr Brush, first name Basil.

Considering T.R. mentioned that a pigeon entered his bus the other day and now a fox, I can understand why the 274 has never been considered for conversion with those fare dodging foes at the london zoo. In all seriousness, fare evasion must me under reported in the stats. However, I can see TfL and Boris denying all claims by suggesting that fare evasion is low and that no animals entered the bus and that it was advertisement campaigns for funkypigeon and indeed basil brush's return. Oh actually it was not an animal, it was infact a slight misunderstanding, and it was Caroline Pidgeon, the mayoral candidate for Liberal Democrats.
