Bit of a random thread this. It just occured to me that the 206 serves several areas with the word 'Park' in it i.e. Kilburn Park, Queen's Park, Brondesbury Park, Roundwood Park, Stonebridge Park (within the vicinity), Brent Park, Wembley Park and just about touches Fryent Park at its northern terminus...that's alot of Parks! Are there other routes that follow the same fashion? Areas starting with identical letters, prefixes, suffixes and anything along those lines are also included. Obvious ones like 'Station', 'Street' and 'Road' however aren't!

The 111 serves no fewer than two Hanworth Roads, and the four-point via point blinds all were places beginning with H (Hampton, Hanworth, Hounslow and Heston), as is the northern terminal (Heathrow Central)

Heath: the 173 serves Dagenham Heathway, Becontree Heath, Chadwell Heath & Little Heath before terminating in Goodmayes (King George Hospital).
Fords, from my Geography days in school; are roads that drop to the river bed in a brook, stream or small river in order to enable passage to the other side. You will have to walk down the High Street in Stratford to see any water; but on the 86 as you approach Ilford and Romford in an eastern direction, you will see the rivers Roding and Rom respectively before approaching both town centres.

The G1 passes by Streatham Common, Tooting Bec Common and Wandsworth Common. I would've mentioned the hospitals but the routing was deliberate for such links.
EDIT: Adding to that the 249 passes Streatham Common, Tooting Bec Common and Clapham Common

The 179 has lots of Fords - Ilford, South Woodford, Woodford Wells and Chingford. Obviously it would have been very damp going in times past.

And Central Hill for 432 I already mentioned Central Hill for the 432. Ah my bad for severely misreading, being in a different place using phone (rather than good old laptop) takes it's toll I guess xD

One pretty obvious one for me is station, looking at 25 station after station but then for example the 931 has Drive: Kingswood, High Level, Fountain, Bowen, Seeley

155: - Tooting, St. George's Hospital - Tooting Broadway - Tooting Bec - Upper Tooting Park - Clapham South Station - Clapham Common - Clapham North & High Street Stations - Clapham Road / Bedford Road If road names are accepted then Clapham Common South Side is another for 155 but I guess in a way counts as Clapham Common

Slightly different slant on this topic, if I may?
Routes 272 and 273 serving two totally different Grove Park's definitely worth a mention considering the route numbers are so close.

I also like that the 282 has hospitals at either end of the route (Ealing and Mount Vernon)
