So I did the SL10 Superloop this morning. It was a nice route, but low on numbers currently. I expect the busiest section to be from Hendon to Harrow. TFL staff present at each stop calling out the next stop! Most of the buses have been wrapped for the day, a few sporting a half white livery such as BCE47092, and some yet to be wrapped. Not done SL10, but did notice doing my usual barely had 1-2 passengers from North Finchley to Central, yet an 460 not too far off was fairly rammed. Perhaps most people aren’t in know of the new routing and will pick up akin to 304? Did see staff at the major bus stops which was good to see. I only had <10 people on my bus end to end (most were enthusiasts), bear in mind this was early morning though. People still took the 183 as it looked familiar. Lets see how passenger numbers change. I expect numbers to change in the future. I hadnt ventrued too far away from Route 183 line of routing after Hendon, so was a nice surprise.

I noticed Route 182 was not using Bus Stop D at Harrow Bus Station (where H11/H18/H14/183) use. That loop round the station was not supposed to be used, unless it was reverted back?
Did notice drivers kicking people out on Route 223, only to leave empty Harrow Empty to head towards Oxhey Lane.

To prevent running branded superloop buses on other routes, SL9 buses are only blinded for the SL9!

According to someone who works for RATP and is reliable on Facebook has said: 49,117,398,697,H9, and H10 are being terminated early. I don’t know if working for the company makes a person 100% reliable. It’s probably true but still… Can confirm this, due to costs of operating the route.

Been passed a pic of VMSS 2842, LF73 DWV, presumably at CELF. Is there a picture shareable on the forum?

Yes - but... according to the route spec, buses turning there should, strictly speaking, be blinded for 'Bath Road, Sipson Road'. In my mind, at least, 'Heathrow North, Sipson Road' is infinitely better - I mean, what the hell use is 'Bath Road, Sipson Road' to a clueless passenger wondering whether or not to board an X140 in Harrow? How are they supposed to know where the junction of Bath Road and Sipson Road is, with no other notable geographical references to guide them?! Gah! That kind of blinds nonsense drives me mad! Ah thanks, saw a X140 turn up to Heathrow Central with Heathrow North Sipson Road on display and was quite confused. I agree Heathrow North is better for passengers. If you've seen the blind selection units, choosing a destination is a pain. Drivers probably see Heathrow and select it. The X140 also has blinds for Harrow and Heathrow Central with and without the 'LIMITED STOP' text.

All down to somebody issuing an instruction to add Airport into the destination. Heathrow Central is good enough for every other route serving it, Bus Station is not needed. (The 295 display is awful.) Not sure how we can get TfL to exercise decent control of destination displays. Seems strange after TFL held out so long with paper blinds and a specific font as it was considered clearer that they seem to have allowed a free for all on different electronic displays and fonts now. Bring back the McKenna LED displays!
