The same scenario as the 104/304 - it could use those buses instead or a mix of those plus ones released from impending cuts. The only confirmed one so far is the 486 receiving E261-271/273-275 - no doubt an E will transfer in to replace E272. C has two E's spare - E136 & a 61 reg E whilst NX has E228 going spare. Orpington (MB) has E136

Haven't really done a thread thing on here before and haven't commented on alot of threads either recently. Anyways I thought I'd share my youtube channel here for you took look at, its not typically the best, but I do try to make the content watchable at times. I started off by slapping 30 - 1hr pieces of footage of a bus ride on the channel, but now as a media L3 student at college using different editing techniques mostly on vlogs in which I also do on my channel. I'll update this thread with any recent bus video's uploaded. To start off with: Channel youtube.com/channel/UCNhvB_8exaro1reHECUZvuw Most Recent Video youtu.be/ik-e1GiJrEwFavourite Video youtu.be/arbzToEDr0MPopular Video youtu.be/DSr7HccBzSoyoutu.be/Ta1ZgiLmJeEAnyways hope you enjoy the content Feedback is most appreciated 😛

The Es from the 44 can probably displace any B7s now (dotted about at C, AL,NX and probably BX still) plus ones from the 37 soon aswell. NX’s couple will probably just be stood down at some point without replacement whilst the ones at AL & SW should be gone when the newer buses arrive. The ones at C & RR are the ones which will need replacing. What about the ones at MB?

I have to agree that its AT545 isn't as loud as what the other 51 regs do, but lets be honest LDP196 is even worse in 192 you can hear the transmitter 196 it has no transmitter whine at all! 192 is my fave as I grew up with it (kind of) it is a nippy bus have to admit! If my vision wasn't as bad as it is, I'd probs buy it. LDP196 has actually been scrapped now I believe 196 or 206 i forgot which one BX had.

As its just over a week now till the 181 and 284 goes to Stagecoach is there any idea what will happen to the East Lancs Scania Esteems will they be scrapped or sent to an indepent? Also I heard that LDP192 could be put into preservation? As 55regs, it could go either way with the OmniTowns. As for LDP192, it's the crappiest SN51 Dart I did, hardly whines at all, why would someone want this one >,< LDP200 and the BX ones are much better candidates imo I have to agree that its AT545 isn't as loud as what the other 51 regs do, but lets be honest LDP196 is even worse in 192 you can hear the transmitter 196 it has no transmitter whine at all! 192 is my fave as I grew up with it (kind of) it is a nippy bus have to admit! 8464 decided to be troublesome but conveniently broke down at the stop after the one it started at. Took five attempts to get it going, the driver was loosing the will to live at the 3rd try. Ironically it was my first time on a nimbus in a long time. Other than that nreakdown they still seem like good motors. youtu.be/pU5kIAPz3T0

Was on a 320 today on the way to mothers and heard the new announcement. The driver got quite annoyed with and turned the announcements off completely, kindly explaining his fustration on why he did it. Don't think this announcement will last long with all the complaints.

Did not expect this to be happening this morning! After dropping my sister off at school this morning, I decided to go on a little journey. I saw 957 was close to West Croydon Bus Station whilst heading there on 8522. So I went to catch it, and was only meant to go to to Purley...but when I got on the bus, a familiar face was driving it. It turned out to be the same driver who took me out on PVL386 on my last day at Stockwell in March, and was now permanently transferred to Croydon following route 19/249's loss! So as a result I decided to do route 405 end to end to Redhill, then we had 15 minutes before the next rounder began, so I had an interesting conversation with the driver about how much better Croydon is compared to Stockwell, how good and bad certain types of C's buses were (she absolutely loved the Scania, which was really easy to drive, but the only problem was the heating was limited in the cab) and much more. The driver also let me change the blinds of 957. Now since this is the only double decker which has route 434 on the blinds, I simply had to do this! I also changed it to route 359 as well. The driver also left me to look after the bus when she quickly had to go and get some water, which was a privilege to say the least! I then headed back to Purley on it. Its drivers like these who we need more of in our industry, passionate, kind drivers who love their jobs and want to go far. As a result of today's trip I wrote straight to Croydon's OM when I got home to commend the driver. After having a few bad days this month, this really made my day Here are the pictures I took: 957 blinded for route 434 to Coulsdon, Ridgemount Avenue 957 rear 957 blinded for route 434 to Whyteleafe South 957 blinded for route 359
For those wondering, 957 has routes 54, 64/N64, 75, 119, 127, 130, 181, 202, 284, 293, 353, 359, 405, 434, 612, 654 and T32 on its blinds. Believe it is much the same as 189-192. I had a driver like that in august whilst on the 181. I knew him from when I had made a depot visit at MB an he showed me and a few friends so recognised him from then, but he's known me apparently for a while as he used to do the 181's when it was with SL so has seen me and my Mum/Dad a few times in the few years gone by. We had a chat mostly on about a few thing non bus related an a few bus related stuff. He had LDP192 so we had a chat about that the good and bad thing about it an got to start it up for him which was nice got told what buttons did what. Then set off home after that. It's really nice when you have drivers like that especially if they remember you an you don't, but can make you feel wierd. 😂😂😂

Just on the R6 and it's done the most bizarre diversion ever! Towards cray (normal thats simple) Frm Cray Ave - Lft Kent Road - Right (straigt to St Mary Cray Station)
Towards Orpington Stn Frm St Mary Cray Station follow LoR to Crockenhill Road (this is where the wierd thing happens) Turn Left Burrfield Drive - Left Crockenhill Road - Right onto High Street back towards St Mary Cray Station - Left Cray Avenue - Left Kent Road - Right Lower Road then back to LoR.
I'll do a diagram after college of it to make it look like sense
Seems abit of a long winded loop diversion any other strange diversions anyone been on?

Abellio London is the best ever bus company in London. Reason being: lovely and smart interior and awesome buses (although sadly no Scanias). It's great to see Abellio winning the 45, 68/N68 and 196 after having lost their 172, 188 and 343/N343 to GAL. Hopefully, Abellio London will win another routes (I hope they win the 216 as that is up for tender now). R9 would be good as well! R9.... Lol I don't really see Abellio with the R9. It would br nice if Go Coach came into the London side of things and maybe took on the R9 😛
