I also met him once and I totally agree with you, very sad news. RIP.

Probably my favourite Bond actor and these bits of music will forever be associated with Mr Moore. The only small compensation to him dying is knowing that he had a good full life and made a lot of people happy.








And, of course, his final outing as James Bond

Mayday (Grace Jones) wanders into her bedroom

James Bond (R Moore) - "Where have you been Mayday? I've been waiting for you ... to take care of me ... personally"

Mayday takes off her dressing gown

James Bond - "I see you're a woman of very few words"

Mayday - "what's there to say" Slides into bed, "mounts" James Bond and kisses him.

Roger Moore's eyes nearly pop out of his head. Scene fades out.

And yes I am so sad that I can remember all of that from memory.
