The early E40Ds still with the original Travel London interior (9423-27) may likely be stood down in a matter of weeks in relation to the 452 contract ending with Abellio... although I don't believe they've been used in regular service for a while anyhow, only railway replacement.

One was out on the 414 a few days ago (9424 from memory) but in reality, they shouldn't be required especially as QB have a surplus of deckers.

With Metroline withdrawing their DLDs, the number of Pointer Darts in London has gone down further. At one time there were hundreds in London, None left in service with Arriva, Stagecoach or Tower Transit. RATP now has the most. The remaining DPS with RATP are mainly on 72, LVF shows 6 others in use today : 2 on 283, 2 on 419, 2 on H22 However with a number of DLEs entering service their days with RATP could be all over by December Apart from RATP there are : 2 with GAL (LDP class) on B11 + B16 (but B11 has changes in Jan) 3 with Abellio as part of K1 fleet (80xx numbers) There are 3 LDPs at BX: 194, 206 and 274, the last presumably as refurb cover. EDIT Now 4: LDP294 is back out on 485! (SOE shortage?)

RATP seem to be down to 5 active Darts, 4 at S and 1 at TV A type that once had hundreds (possibly 1000+) is rapidly approaching just single figures

The omnidecker must be endangered, just Go Ahead 948-952 remain
The Tempos are another endangered type, probably will be gone in May
The Versa at RATP likely to be gone in March (but Stagecoach still has some, not sure how long for)
The Volvo B7 chassis buses must be close to endangered in London

A type that once had hundreds (possibly 1000+) is rapidly approaching just single figures There were even more than that - I make it 1610 Pointer 2s alone, however not all were in service in London at the same time and that does include some which were only on loan to London operators, back when London and provincial specs weren't so different of course.

The OT's at AV have their cards marked, with replacement DXE's due in March.

The Versa at Fulwell are now out of service, down to just 4 at Epsom are still active for RATP
Stagecoach still has 4 (plus some trainers), but they are likely to go in May

Very few left now, Go Ahead has 2 or 3 LDPs, RATP using 1 or 2 on 72, Abellio has about 3 Even those in training fleets seem to be leaving as E200MMCs trainers replace them

As today is last day of Stagecoach on 396, probably last day of Versa service in East London Stagecoach retains some as trainers
There will then be just the 4 doing part allocation on 465 (Kingston - Dorking), until RATP can redeploy some DLEs to replace them
