I wish one of the Knightsbride routes would go via that route permanently rather than going via Knightsbride, all the tour buses do it and it would certainly speed up journey time, ever since the bus lane has been closed traffic has been awful down there and it certainly isn't going to reopen anytime soon. Only problem is I think the residents or should I say ambassadors would say no.

Has someone changed spec of acceptable road surfaces ? Since when did poor road surfaces cause sections of routes to be skipped

Route 280 is now diverted via Wandle Road to get back to the Line of route at Bishopsford Road rather then down St Helier Avenue. The bus stops down Wandle road have the 118 and N133 removed and 280 and N44 added with the 'towards' changed aswell which is good. Not sure why it didn't go down Wandle from the start as a large chunk of route along from the Tram stop to Rose Hill was missed out. The local MP is trying to get a route from Wandle Road to Morden Station aswell. Sounds like Hammersmith bridge down there.

looks like no buses can get into TF currently. According a tweet the accident is very serious so could be likely that there will be no access in and out of TF for a long time yet.

Is it near TF, because traffic maps show it at junction with Teddington, and TF could therefore be reached from South Road. Delays also showing up near Strawberry Hill station at 2am, probably a narrow alternative way to cross railway Looks like buses being diverted via Twickenham and Cross Deep, or via Hampton Hill, so about 3 miles of diversion

There was a tweet saying Stanley road was closed both ways but thinking about it now local access was probably aloud.

This closure is quite major as it will cause lots of distribution in the area.
