All routes that serve Victoria Station are still going to Victoria apart from MV38207 on the 13 which has been turned short to Park Lane, Hilton hotel but to be fair this bus would probably have been turned even without the incident at Victoria. Everything seems to be OK through Victoria according to vehicle Finder

apparently this is separate from the earlier incident.
EDIT. It's a suspicious package.

What are they demonstrating - flying taxis? Driverless taxis? Two things come to mind the congestion charge or Uber It'll be a bit weird to protest over the congestion charge seeing as it's been in force for years now, I imagine you mean the ULEZ as a lot of taxi drivers were unhappy about needing to upgrade their vehicles despite everyone else has been forced to. I find it slightly ridiculous that taxis seem to think that they should be untouchable while charging these extortionate fares, they've the last mode of transport I'd consider using due to the ridiculous prices.

I am pretty sure the congestion charge was mentioned a while ago but not sure if it was them or Uber? But it my well be the ULEZ. I agree with your point about the black taxis if everyone else has to change or upgrade their vehicles why shouldn't they?

Tubbenden Lane in Orpington appears to be closed at the junction near the bus station due to gas works, any idea how buses are managing to access Orpington Bus Station, that’s if they can even get there? And if not where are they terminating?

And if not where are they terminating? It only blocks the access to Tubbenden Lane and not the through road to the station/bus station. Only route affected is the R4

And if not where are they terminating? It only blocks the access to Tubbenden Lane and not the through road to the station/bus station. Only route affected is the R4 As I later found out (Apple Maps was showing the whole road being closed and I was coming from the direction of the R4). If that whole road was blocked though it would be an absolute nightmare!

Not sure the reason but 33 is on diversion in East Sheen going via Sheen lane. There was a crash earlier on Upper Richmond Road West, which closed the road in both directions (also affecting the 337 and 493). I believe it has since reopened, so if the bus diversion hasn't been lifted yet, it should be soon.
