Could you not have cut down all the options? We all know routes like the 58 or 62 aren’t going to come close to winning! 😜

I'll wave the flag for scenic night bus journeys, and tell you a little secret; most buses that pass the Thames at night tends to be very scenic. So routes like the N550, 188 and 474 are very scenic at night; but nothing beats the views from the N22 when it hugs the Thames around Barnes/Richmond. Simply beautiful! EDIT: The N68 also deserves a mention as you climb the hills of Upper Norwood and get a marvellous view of London's skyline for the price of £1.50

W19 between Leytonstone and Manor Park via Wanstead Flats.
339 between Hackney Wick and Stratford City via Olympic Park.
419 between Hammersmith and Richmond, whole route alongside the River Thames.

Scenic can cover all sorts of bases...
I’ve gone for 465 (countryside), 11 (town) and 53 (local).

Got to give my local routes some love so voted for the 196, 432 but also did the not so local 370 for the section from Corbetts Tey to Ockendon The 196 & 432 give some lovely views across varying parts of London as the climb through Upper Norwood & Crystal Palace respectively through what I consider a much overlooked nice part of London

Two routes mentioned I agree with are the 474 and W3. I would throw out the 247 as well.
I don't quite get the W19 or 339. I really don't get the 58, the only possible 'scenic' part is Cann Hall Road with it's straight road, terraced housing and cars parked symmetrically on each side. Not the most scenic, it's like nominating the Victoria line as possibly having the most scenic views of the tube lines.

I'd certainly agree with those and the 464 isn't bad either. The 65 and 210 are another couple of scenic routes that come to mind.

I'd say the U9 out in West London for countryside views.
Also if you want good views of the airport: N9, X26, 482
