Victoria Line beyond Brixton to Croydon Northern Line beyond Morden to Sutton with the Battersea branch extended to Clapham Junction (that at least could be a reality in future) District Line beyond Wimbledon to Chessington South Croydon tram towards Wimbledon branch off just after Morden Road station along Merantum Way to Merton Abbey or Colliers Wood I agree with the Victoria Line idea although an alternative I have is to branch off the Bakerloo line after Elephant & Castle with one branch being the one to Lewisham and the other serving the following: Camberwell (quite criminal that a station still has opened here), Brixton, Herne Hill, Tulse Hill, Streatham Hill, Streatham, West Norwood, Norbury, Thornton Heath, West Croydon & East Croydon I think the Clapham Junction section could certainly be a reality in the future as apparently, the route has been safeguarded? I had thought of the Victoria Line extension as the loop tunnel beyond Brixton (near Herne Hill) can have new tunnels dug from it in the same way as what's being done with the Kennington loop towards Battersea. With the Bakerloo Line I would head it off deeper into the South East London corner like with your Lewisham branch idea. I believe there are indeed provisions for further extension to Clapham junction.

And also a interchange between the Central Line and Piccadilly Lines at Park Royal. A interchange between the Central Line and the Overground at Acton.

OK, let’s have a try....
Split Piccadilly Line into two separate lines -
Piccadilly line : Heathrow/Uxbridge to Holborn, then Clerkenwell, Angel, Haggerston, London Fields, Hackney Central.
Kingsway line : Cockfosters via current Piccadilly to Holborn, then Aldwych/Temple, Southwark, Elephant & Castle, Walworth Road, Camberwell, Denmark Hill, East Dulwich, Dulwich Lordship Lane
I also have thoughts that a South East - southern part of Central London - South West tube would work.

This is worth a try: 1. Extend the Victoria Line from Walthamstow to Woodford (Calling at Wood Street, change for London Overground; new station: Woodford Green; Woodford, change for both Hainault and Woodford Central line branches.) 2.Extend the Victoria Line to Herne Hill (Calling at Herne Hill only) 3. Cut the Northern line in two: Edgware - Battersea (via Charing X) as Batterware Line High Barnet - Sutton (extension from Morden) / Purley (new extension) kept as Northern Line Shuttle service for Mill Hill East - Finchley Central SUTTON EXTENSION: after Morden: St Helier, Benhilton, Sutton. PURLEY EXTENSION: after Oval: Myatt's Fields, Brixton, Brockwell Park, Streatham Hill, Streatham, Streatham Common, Norbury, Green Lane, Thornton Heath Pond, West Croydon, East Croydon, South Croydon, Brighton Road, Purley. 4. Withdraw the Hammersmith & City Line fully and Withdraw the Circle line between Hammersmith and Edgware Road, making it a proper circle again. Create a new sub - surface line called the Alexsmith Line: serving all old Hammersmith & City / Circle line stations between Hammersmith and Baker Street. After Baker Street: London Zoo, Camden Town, Holloway Road, Crouch Hill, Crouch End, Muswell Hill Broadway, Alexandra Palace. Alexsmith Line to be same frequency as H&C + Circle line. District Line increased in frequency on Upminster Branch. 5. Central Line to be diverted before West Ruislip and serves Ickenham, Hillingdon and Uxbridge with Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines. 6. Charles Line, new line from Romford - Epsom. (Calling at Romford, Rush Green, Oxlow Lane, Dagenham East, Dagenham Dock, Barking Riverside, Thamesmead, Abbey Wood, Lessness Heath, Northumberland Heath, Barnehurst, Bexleyheath, Bridgen & Blendon, Foots Cray, Chislehurst, Bromley Central, Hayes (Kent), New Addington, Addington Village Interchange, Upper Selsdon, Riddlesdown, Purley, Wallington, Carshalton, Sutton, Cheam, Ewell Central, Epsom.

This is worth a try: PURLEY EXTENSION: after Oval: Myatt's Fields, Brixton, Brockwell Park, Streatham Hill, Streatham, Streatham Common, Norbury, Green Lane, Thornton Heath Pond, West Croydon, East Croydon, South Croydon, Brighton Road, Purley. I like the route but I'd alter it as it's own tube line rather than attached to the Northern Line and I'd alter some stations as well - remove Myatts Field altogether as I wouldn't stick a tube station in the middle of a dangerous estate, change Brockwell Park for Herne Hill instead as Brockwell Park has a main entrance at Herne Hill anyway & remove Green Lane & Brighton Road altogether. That would keep the route fairly straight as well as serving the main objectives and bringing the overall running time down.

I agree with the Victoria Line idea although an alternative I have is to branch off the Bakerloo line after Elephant & Castle with one branch being the one to Lewisham and the other serving the following: Camberwell (quite criminal that a station still has opened here), Brixton, Herne Hill, Tulse Hill, Streatham Hill, Streatham, West Norwood, Norbury, Thornton Heath, West Croydon & East Croydon I think the Clapham Junction section could certainly be a reality in the future as apparently, the route has been safeguarded? I very specifically avoided extending the Victoria Line because it wouldn't work. I decided to add brand new tube lines which would stand a far better chance of coping with demand from areas to the south of Brixton. Brixton will always have strong tube demand - it's just how it is. Extending the Vic so that it arrives full to the brim in Brixton solves nothing. New tube lines that filter off some of the bus / rail flows that feed into the Vic Line is the way to cater for those areas. I still reckon that within a few years some of my proposed lines would be struggling to cope. The other logic in my proposals was to try to create lines with high flows either side of the central area that would justify the scale of service. I understand that and agree with you that it wouldn't work at all but it's nice to dream

Ok how about the London Outerground or OrbiRail two new routes all connected in a orbital way starting with Line 1 (Southern Branch) on the existing railway at Aylesbury vale calling at Aylesbury , Stoke Mandeville , Wendover ,Great Missenden , Amersham , Chalfont , Rickmansworth , Moor Park , Northwood and then underground to Uxbridge , West Drayton , Heathrow Central , Terminal 4 , Feltham , Hampton Hill , Teddington , Hampton Wick ,Kingston , New Maldon , Morden , Mitcham Jnct, Beddington Cross then back overground to East Croydon and all stations to Caterham then back underground to Biggin Hill , Orpington , Swanley , Dartford and Grays . Line 2 (Northern Branch) starts at Grays and heads out on the existing Ockendon Branch calling at Chafford H for lakeside, Ockendon then underground to Upminster , Romford (Romford push pull line would be closed closed down and replaced with a Greenway cycle route ) Collier Row , Loughton , Freezy Water , Enfield Town , Enfield Chase , Cockfosters , New Barnet ,High Barnet, Borehamwood , Watford High Street ,then back overground on the existing railway to Cassiobury Park Avenue (Formerly Watford) Croxley , Moor Park , Northwood then back underground to Uxbridge , West Drayton and Heathrow Central , During peaks trains would run between Dartford and Ockendon omitting Grays , Trains would be similar to Class 345's but with no cabs at either end Driverless with a train captain like the DLR and Run on battery/solar power beyond Amersham , and the Metropolitan line would still run albeit only to Chesham and Uxbridge from Baker Street . We can all dream for a day when it's possible to get from one outskirt of London to another without having to drive or come through London ;-) .

I wanted to create a new TfL AirLink brand, which connects the London Airports with each other. This could be slightly cheaper than Heathrow / Gatwick / Stanstead Express, to make it competitive. ROUTE 1: Gatwick Airport - Stanstead Airport SLOW TRAIN: Gatwick Airport, Redhill, East Croydon, West Croydon, London Bridge, Charing Cross, Tottenham Court Road, EUSTON KING'S CROSS ST.PANCRAS, Seven Sisters, Walthamstow Central, Romford, Chelmsford, Harlow Town, Stanstead Airport. FAST TRAIN: Gatwick Airport, EUSTON KING'S CROSS ST. PANCRAS, Stanstead Airport.
ROUTE 2: Heathrow Airport - Southend Airport (Via London City Airport) SLOW TRAIN: Heathrow Terminal 5, Terminal 4, Terminals 2 & 3, Stockley Park, Wembley Central, Willesden Junction for Harlesden, Cricklewood, Camden Town, EUSTON KING'S CROSS ST. PANCRAS, Liverpool Street, Limehouse, Canary Wharf, London City Airport, Rainham, Basildon, Southend Airport FAST TRAIN: Heathrow Terminal 5, Terminal 4, Terminals 2 & 3, EUSTON KING'S CROSS ST. PANCRAS, London City Airport, Southend Airport.
ROUTE 3: Luton Airport - Euston King's Cross St. Pancras SLOW TRAIN: Luton Airport, Luton Airport Parkway, St Albans City, High Barnet, Finsbury Park, Angel, EUSTON KING'S CROSS ST. PANCRAS FAST TRAIN: Luton Airport, Luton Airport Parkway, EUSTON KING'S CROSS ST. PANCRAS
This scheme is to bring together the airports of London and a few of the major towns in their paths. The hub of the network will be Euston King's Cross St Pancras, interchange for the Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan Lines (from either Euston Square or King's Cross St. Pancras), the Northern and Victoria Lines (from either Euston or King's Cross St. Pancras), the Piccadilly Lines, The London Overground Watford DC Line, London Northwestern Railway, Virgin Trains West Coast, East Midlands Trains, Govia Thameslink and Great Northern, London Northeastern Railway, Southeastern High Speed, Eurostar (to mainland Europe), HS2, Crossrail 2. Essentially, this station will be ginormous and connects the stations of King's Cross, St Pancras International, Euston and Euston Square all together to create the heart of the UK's train network.
The slower trains will use new class 707 and the faster ones will use Class 802 in a light blue and red livery with planesand the tfl roundel included on the outside.
