At a grand total of 63 (I was bored when doing my 3 rounder second half, and counted), I’d like to put forward the 336 as the route with them most speed bumps in London, and I challenge you all to come up with another.
Bonus interesting (by interesting, read boring) fact - only 3 of these are within the London Borough of Bromley, the remainer being in Lewisham, despite the route being split pretty evenly mileage wise between the two.

Not ridden the 336 but I felt like I'd ridden over 100 speed bumps / tables on the 292 on Saturday. Probably not that many in reality but the plank like suspension of Scania LFDDs does not mix well with that highway design. Ouch!

I got into bed last night and could still feel myself bumping up and down. How the drivers on that route do it day-in, day-out is beyond me. It’d drive me round the twist.

I used to travel on the 336 when I was working at a school on its route. I travelled on it with Metrobus and Stagecoach! The route does go down some roads you would not believe a bicycle could manage let alone a bus. Especially in the Downham and Bellingham area. The bus seems to have more priority than a pedestrian (If you understand what I mean) Route 336 should have the award for the route that spends the most time on the pavement

And don’t get me started on the hail-and-ride. Why Rangefield Road can have fixed stops but Churchdown and Brookenhowse Road can’t is beyond me.

I think I know what part of the route you mean I rode SLE40621/40635 recently and from Apex Corner all the way to Borehamwood it felt like we was going over millions of speed bumps, however I think its a mix of the SLEs suspension and the bumpy roads nearer Borehamwood and the bumpy motorway rather than there being actual speed bumps.

Not as bumpy as the 336, but riding the 6 and 316 along Carlton Vale is d*mn right annoying. There are far too many humps in close proximity to each other, a mix of conventional humps and Square shaped ones. The latter are completely pointless and should be removed as the normal humps are more than adequate. Riding the G3s on the 6 along there is certainly a bouncy ordeal!

It annoys me how many roads have been ruined by planting speed bumps down them that do little to deter speeding in the same way that cameras do not make roads safer. Not only that but Southwark went one step further and made sure their roads humps are like mountains causing buses to slow right down just to go over them

So it’s original purpose tends not to work. Unfortunately bus Operators drive slowly as the suspension fitted is pretty basic, not as if they they fit something like Horstman active ride which is designed for smooth ride over bumpy terrain

I don't think any drivers, myself included, particularly like speed bumps/sleeping policemen but they generally do what they are supposed to do and reduce speed.
On the original point I agree that the 336, well at least the section north of Bromley, is a particularly arduous route for drivers and I don't suppose many tears were shed amongst MB drivers over losing it.

Not sure but it certainly wouldn't surprise me.

The only way to combat speeding, if councils wish, is to install average speed check cameras
