I’ve got a question for you all - Why does the Volvo B5LH have a truck gearbox? I know the answer, but do you?

I remember the 4th edition of the Big Red Book (one that I own anyway) contained an error (one of many...) listing 174 and N86 as going to "Dagenham" Park Square, so close enough

Which routes have the name of a place in their destination twice (one at each end) Example 153 - Moorgate, Finsbury Square and Finsbury Park Station The ultimate would be a route between Hayes Station and Hayes Station, but it might require a few changes of drivers en route. An 'express' version might take about four hours on a good day. As the number X140 is about to be taken, I'll go for X119.

Green Line 725 used to serve two Windsor Castles.
Route 196 used to serve two Elephant & Castle pubs until the one in Vauxhall closed.

Same for white city to Stratford city, Arsenal to Woolwich Arsenal, Canning Town to Enfield town ..... Maybe we can divert the 76 so that it goes from Tottenham Court Road to Tottenham Hale! And the 341 passes through angel and goes to angel road superstores

Depends on the route of course; as it's my fantasy, I reserve the right to run it via Putney Bridge.

I'd say closer to 3 hours personally - takes roughly 2 hours to Heathrow from Croydon so probably add an hour on for Hayes to Croydon & Hayes & Harlington to Bath Road.
