Is this going to be a TfL route, or operated under a LSP (London Service Permit)? The article implies it is a TfL service, but I never rely on anything written by a journalist on a local paper when it comes to transport!

The way that it's written comes across as it being a TfL service, as it refers to RATP being "Chosen by TfL" to run the service. However we all know the procurement process for bids can take far longer and no route just gets awarded to a new operator in such a short space of time.

Under a LSP - see this closed consultation consultations.tfl.gov.uk/lsp/56861abb/ but it is a NHS contracted service. Rare for the general public to be allowed on such routes.

Certainly looks like its been opened up to the public given the quote and the public looking timetable. Arriva also opened up a NHS contract route in Kent.

I’m sure I saw one of these parked up at the Royal Marsden a couple of weeks ago - it was certainly a white E200MMC.
