Always sad when the death is announced of any of LOTS's stalwarts. Without them, the newsletter couldn't exist and they all give of their time freely. I feel guilty, as a member since 1969, of never being able to contribute much, but TBH I've never really been in a position to. I've been threatening to submit an article to LBM for, well, decades, but still haven't.

Very sad news and shocking. Didn't realise he was ill. First met Colin at North Weald bus rally some years ago, nice guy. I used to submit fleet news to him. He was always keen on my Metrorider and its progress. He was a member of the Routemaster RM8 club. RIP

I'm a long standing member of the RM8 Club.
