Have you used Harrow View during the peak? Usually the H19 is quicker... That is true lol. I haven’t gone via Wealdstone in the peaks for a long time though so can’t comment there, although I have seen bad traffic off-peak (late morning). The priority traffic light at Harrow and Wealdstone station takes a very long time, previously it turned green when the bus arrived at the traffic light, now its like 1 minute wait unless a bus arrives at the bus stop behind (it triggers the light somehow)

Why not chop Brent Cross? Hendon H...Anyone? More need hospital than shops bearing in mind its route.

Harrow Weald to Harrow was reduced many years ago. Failed then, I agree 340 to hospital would work. HBS is not blessed for space.

Forgot to mention, I would also reroute the H18/H19 in replacement of this. From Headstone Lane Station, going via Headstone Lane, Uxbridge Road, Harrow Weald High Road, College Avenue and College Hill Road, back to line of route at Kenton Lane - no longer serving Long Elmes or Brockhurst Corner. This would leave a large section of Kenton Lane with no bus service
