I have created this thread as I noticed there wasn’t any channels that were dedicated to reporting observations/curtailments/issues on the railway or anywhere to record rarer workings.
Today saw 3 Class 321s working on the Norwich to London Liverpool Street, normally this is entirely Class 90 operated with I believe 1 scheduled Class 321 working.

From yesterday a Gatwick express unit sitting in the yard at Hornsey depot I saw this today and took a photo from my LNER Azuma passing by. It’s 387202 and it’s there for an exam of some sort. Speaking of the Azuma I travelled on today, it was one of many LNER services today that were short formed between Leeds and London, and it was ram packed all the way. Luckily I knew this would be the case and was one of the first people on board at Leeds

From yesterday a Gatwick express unit sitting in the yard at Hornsey depot There's nothing unusual about a 387/2 Gatwick Unit visiting Hornsey, One usually does on a weekly basis to get treated on the wheel lathe but I'm led to believe that the 387/2's are starting their overhaul program which is being carried out at Hornsey. It's 202 and it's been there since the 05th.

First unit receiving the overhaul, no a few have had the overhaul already. the numbers evade me - we also had a 377/2 visit the lathe late last year. I saw we as i'm a GN driver based at Hornsey.

Interesting I bet you miss the 313s? I do, I'll miss them in the summer having my arm out the window whilst traversing up and down the Hertford Loop. A Greater Anglia Class 720 is currently at Ferme Park waiting to travel onwards to Ilford Depot top n' tailed with two 47's.
