Can’t find any mention of this on TfL website but apparently the Piccadilly line will be suspended tomorrow (6th December) between Uxbridge and Rayners Lane before 9:00am and also between 4:00pm and 6:00pm due to expected high leaf fall. Metropolitan Line services are not affected.

Metropolitan Line services are not affected. Doesn’t surprise me, just like a normal day on the Piccadilly Line. Most days, most services on the Piccadilly Line are cut to Rayners Lane, to be fair they may as well just cut the route back to Rayners Lane given that it already sees very few services reach Uxbridge. I mean at the Metropolitan Lines frequency into Uxbridge, I notice that if the Piccadilly Line does reach Uxbridge there seems to be an issue with platform vacancies.
