I noticed today they have created a new roundabout on Royal Albert Way (Above Cyprus station). I wonder could this potentially make it easier to implement future bus changes in the area? I remember sometime back there was talk of creating a bus slip road near here that would allow access to Cyprus.
yh, they were utilising that roundabout for a bus ramp for the route 101 extension to RAD, if applicable The bus ramp was actually proposed for Beckton Park roundabout. See page 18 of the below content.tfl.gov.uk/responding-to-the-transformation-of-the-royal-docks.pdf.

The new user wasn't talking about placement, they were talking about which route would've used the ramp. I don't need to reopen the document to know the 101 was first choice to send to ABP, followed by the 104 in its current form (labelled 104A) to be extended. TfL decided that a direct link to East Ham would have proven more popular, then scrapped the idea entirely when the issue of funding for this bus-only bridge came to the fore.

No wonder I didnt got an answer from TFL with these the Route 101 extension. And yes, I am a new user (which started just this week). I thought the extension looked goofy imo, TFL would be better using Royal Docks Way.

Sigh - Go back and read what they said about that roundabout hence my reply that the "new" full roundabout had nothing to do with the proposed ramp. Please don't try and trip me up.
