One more thing I have always been very pro getting back to normal and returning to work so don’t call me pro lockdown. Go look at my previous posts both under this name and some older posts in this thread under my old name which show as deleted user. I’m very pro normal but also except we in the middle of a global pandemic. You are a liar |

No idea why you keep throwing your toys out of the pram. Life matters as much as money and mass unemployment was a thing before March 2020 you know! He cares more about people losing their lives, but I imagine for you it's fine if people are dropping dead. People aren't dropping dead in the streets you know! This isn't the Black Death! For the most part people make a full recovery! No they die at home or hospital. Your comments are truly awful and dam right offensive. |

By forcing people into restrictions, you're going to harm their mental health, potentially leading to suicides. You wouldn't be seeing this without restrictions. By enforcing covid restrictions you'll get more heart attacks and strokes because people have to stay at home, and this can be difficult for people especially in flats where it is hard to exercise. If you prioritise covid, you can't prioritise cancer appointments, therefore more people will die. You won't end up with less deaths by locking down. If you want to lock down yourself, then go ahead, I'm not stopping you. But I don't think the whole country should have to endure this year after year. It's like being forced into jail but with slightly more freedoms. Also I think some people should receive lockdown excemptions, especially under 18s, those with autism, diabetes and mental health conditions The comments are not data, I've posted data that you want to tell yourself is inaccurate. At least provide some counter data that backs up what you are saying. If you don't increase restrictions, Covid spreads and that's when the NHS treats Covid as a priority. You seem to continuously be missing that fact. If Covid doesn't spread as much then standard treatments and appointments still go ahead. The only reason there's more cases is because more people are taking tests. So there's no need to panic. People are going to die some way or another, so dying of Covid is the lesser of the two evils over dying through cancer/suicide/stroke because it does less damage on the economy and we don't have to place people under restrictions |
