To be honest it's not really that much of a big deal. The folks in management will deal with that in due course. As long as a vehicle is in working order then it shouldn't matter how long it will take to deal with that. I get it from an enthusiast point of view you want to know but there are some stuff that one does not need to know every single move that is being made. Fair enough, but I was only asking because I'm a regular user of the 309 and I'm getting a bit bored of the Darts. Though I must say there are a lot more MMCs on it, than when it first started converting! Which is fine and I understand however the high ups in Stagecoach will have their arrangements in place. Your job is to enjoy the ride and not to stress about it. 😎

TBH, I think it's insult to call them Darts I know they carried the name on for some odd reason but they are not a patch on the original Darts

Saw exactly three 276 buses today, all of them with blank or faulty front screens. They’re still plagued with issues

Saw exactly three 276 buses today, all of them with blank or faulty front screens. They’re still plagued with issues I saw one on Thursday with a fully working display but a bandit card in it, suggesting that it was a previously faulty display that since got fixed, although one going the other way had a faulty screen and no bandit card. So at least they seem to be going through them. With the 58s buses also having these issues I wonder if they'll prove to be a problem when they eventually enter service on the 242 as well.

So when will the allocations between the W19, W16 and 309 be sorted? Even when the buses are in place they will most likely be mixed especially if they are the same in terms of length, age and capacity. It’s rare for buses to stick ringed to paper allocations.

I absolutely grew up with them on the 80, 151, 164, 219, 355 etc.

LT246 been converted to mirrorless using the system by Safety Tech Is that happening to all future LTs being refurbished, or is this one being simply tested? I posted on Saturday about this but couldn’t find where I had seen it mentioned previously until now. BW has started type training drivers on the new tech so the route 8 examples must be going mirrorless soon.

Has something happened to 45002? It’s the sole MetroCity to have not entered service at all since new, would have thought the W5 going EV would have prompted its entry into service.
Unless something happened to it when leaving the factory? (Like new ES54 crashing on a test run)
