The 257 is moving to LI this Saturday! Does anyone know what allocation is being used at LI? I would imagine e400s but i believe the 257 is allocated a few hybrids.

The 257 allocation should be a mix of 67 reg MMC's new to the route and 12 reg Enviro 400's. I also think the sole 62 reg example is allocated too - I can't say with any authority but I'd guess those will all over to LI.

I remember andyc saying that E40H MMC isn’t suitable for LI, hence why the 97 got the B5LH MMC’s so if I had to guess the 257’s hybrids could go the PD to swap with the B5LH’s there?

This is assuming LI has spare chargers?

This is assuming LI has spare chargers? It will only be at LI for a few weeks and then back to Leyton. The new EVs will be introduced in Leyton once the power works are completed and type training has been completed. Buses will continue to be maintained at Leyton, so may swap over at any point - especially as the route is currently curtailed at T anyway.

Just seen a Switch Metrocity bus on St Barnabas Road (the W12 route). It was out of service with SWITCH on the displays. Annoyingly, didn't see if it was a 8.7 or 9.5
Could be a sign that Metrocities may run on the W12?
