Speaking about those Arrows. They were splendid on the 369 and also up in North London on the 259 especially that stretch from Manor House to Seven Sisters. Those buses could fly. When stagecoach had those Alexander PS Dennis Lances. They really were short lived in London. It's a shame non of those buses were preserved. ThinLizzy I still laugh at that infamous story you mentioned a while back in regards to the lance breaking down. I know J116WSC got scrapped in 2012. You & ThinLizzy are lucky guys, sadly I'll probably never get to sample an Arrow. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful to have grown up where I was where I could sample RM's, L's (the proper ones), M's & T's as well as others like VC's & NV's without leaving my area but it would of been nice to sample an Arrow once. Same can be said for a Dominator, never rode one of them either (the LT ones on the 133 were before I was born) Honestly the Arrows and Lances were great buses to travel on. It's a shame the Lances from Stagecoach didn't last that long. I know TB also had some for the 208 before it moved to the 227. Those buses with the right driver can really fly. I think that's where the euro 2 zf dennis trident got it's inspiration from as they sound so similar.

I think the rest of them ended up at Stagecoach Ribble. That was quite a strange few years at Stagecoach, with them transferring dual-doored Plaxton Pointer Darts from Oxford into BK that had full width rear displays that were fitted with the side blinds with via points on them, along with the Stagecoach national liveried B6s and B10Ms on the 247, and the two or three Titans at NS that carried the full Stagecoach stripes livery. At least one of them had been converted to single door, with the area where the rear door was converted to a "standing" area. They really tried so many things during the 90s hahahaha. So for the Lances from memory, they started life at TL for the 36b then moved to the 75 and 208 before it came to BK for the 145. I honestly thought it was Summer 1996 that they first came not knowing it was actually 1995. The thing is I actually remembered seeing them in Barking and Ilford around that time I just can't believe how time flies so much. BK literally threw the Lances on near enough every route it had there at the time. I think only the 5, 87, 387 and 364 that it didn't go on. The 145 it went on along with the 369 (still laughing), 238, 150, 169 and the 62. They all moved to Stagecoach Ribble but then they ended up going to different parts of the UK shortly afterwards with J116WSC the only confirmed bus scrapped

What makes this weird is that the 236 has never had a DD on it

It is strange in as much as a double decker has never gone out (as far as I am aware) in all the time its been on the blinds. First used to include lots of routes but seems odd Stagecoach have carried this on. I would understand if double deckers subbed single deckers.

365s seem to be diverting at Havering Park down the 294 routing, just seen 2 come from Hog Hill Road where the 294 goes down whilst I’m on the 247, anyone know what’s happened on Clockhouse Lane preventing 365s normal routing? EDIT; 247 is also on diversion between City Pavillion and The Lowe due to a burst water pipe, on the electroliner currently and we are diverting.

Yes but 82051 is due to be based at HK and BK has no Electroliners, in fact I'm not even sure they have any Electroliner compatible chargers at BK as the 173's vehicles use the BYD proprietary plug.

Yes but 82051 is due to be based at HK and BK has no Electroliners, in fact I'm not even sure they have any Electroliner compatible chargers at BK as the 173's vehicles use the BYD proprietary plug. I think it was mentioned that BKs chargers are being replaced by the CCS2 type and the BYDs will have this retrofitted too. The 169 is likely to require CCS2 chargers regardless too.

I think the Smart LEDs are WH have a wide range of routes on the display.
I think the 474 is also on the 86 electric Smart Blinds.

I think the Smart LEDs are WH have a wide range of routes on the display. I think the 474 is also on the 86 electric Smart Blinds. Then being digital won't have an impact on the memory, as they're high res they'll take upa considerable bit of space and it depends how good the internal storage is. I know the WH sets at least didn't have many routes as they needed reprogramming whenever they went to another garage.

Bit of a faff, 294s are turning into clock house lane and stopping on 365 line of route towards Noak Hill, the 365 is using the 294 line of route towards Beam Park as the roundabout at Havering Park is not to be used although I can’t see what’s stopping the routes turning around there atm?
