So the 165s E200 MMCs are back out today despite all the commotion yesterday swapping them out for E400s late evening. Something must have changed last minute. They may have been fitting the inserts for the 310 yesterday.

They may have been fitting the inserts for the 310 yesterday. From what I could gather they were going back to RM then going to WH, so I think that something has put that on hold potentially the E400s that will take over the route are not ready yet? Drivers are definitely aware that the route will be becoming double deck.

They're not needed at HK for a couple of weeks, so I'd assume they'll start transferring over in the next week or two

174 will have a new schedule from Saturday 14th September. Unfortunately I can't see the new schedule but the new duties have been posted and I've had a brief look to try to decipher the main changes. For Monday to Friday, it looks like the current last bus to Harold Hill (departing Beam Park at 00:50) will depart 3 minutes later at 00:53. Additionally it looks like extra trip is being added meaning the last bus leaving Harold Hill (which currently finishes at Beam Park) will now do an extra trip back to Harold Hill departing at 01:08. This makes the final bus to Harold Hill 18 minutes later. The changes look to be similar on Saturday and Sunday ± a few minutes. I will have a deeper look later but these are the changes I've noticed so far. It's also interesting to see that these changes have been done without any extra duties required as there is the same number of duties 50 MFsc, 48 MFHo, 38 Sa and 25 Su.

I think alot of these buses have been cascaded across various garages as extra spares (or support vehicles as it says on the latest fleetlist) I've just been sent a picture of 19822 at RM so obviously that is one and I've also heard that 19824-7 might also be going to / already at RM. Update: Now seen photos of 19823 and 19831 also parked at RM

I know 19803 is already there for the 165 when 36665 left so I imagine that’s one less bus to worry about EDIT: Will also be nice to see that batch exploring the day part of the 365 as the N365 was its stomping ground throughout the night whilst the 86 was E400 allocated.

Pretty much all Stagecoach garages have another garages route on their blind sets

The ones that transferred from RM to T from the 103 were fitted with new T blindsets before transfer, so 252 was added to the blinds IIRC they finished on the 103 contract on the Friday and started the 257 contract either the next day or the week after
