Stagecoach London BK First Electric Buses Am Excited I hope BK Routes get Electric Buses 366 62 145 and Wins Couple Routes in Future. My I ask if 86 getting 2 years Extension Or up for tender. Look at Tender 26 and 86 Tranche. Yes the 86 (& the 26) already got two year contact extensions and as for the 62, 145 & 366 they also get two year extensions so you'd be waiting for a while for a another BK to get electrics as there isn't much out for tender in East London for 2021 other than few school routes. Yet the 55 and 277 and others keep coming up in speculation time and time again

Thanks mate. Looks waiting for while now East London next tenders another Year to come. At least East London will be receiving some brand new electrics with the 69, 173 and 174 to keep us occupied meanwhile. I will actually miss the 69 being under Tower Transit - always found the buses extremely well presented and still look in a pretty decent condition. Another GAL route in Canning Town makes it a bit bland much like when Stagecoach dominated a few years ago.

Tranche 771-776 are nothing but East London so will be a very interesting time indeed

The 62 and 145 are likely to be existing retains with the current E40Ds I'd have thought. The 86 is likely to be the next east end electric as Stagecoach or anyone else would have anything compliant. The 55 is most likely LT and the 277 again existing.

Stranger things have happened before. Look at the 318 with arriva with their 2007 buses 😂😂. Even the 140 back in 2011 with Metroline when it was retained with existing 2002 plaxton president buses.

Interesting Speculation and have W Routes coming up to most of them CT Plus expected W14 and W15 both Tower Transit most worrying be W15 Operators like CT Plus and Arriva London Just maybe GAL Bid for it. Last Question like to do my Research past couples years was following up Route 86 tender results Stagecoach London Retain the Route was with. Stagecoach for long never been lost. Oldest Route Try to say how comes it never had new buses. The buses coming from other routes.
